Green Kale Breakfast Pancakes



1 cup self raising flour

1 cup light milk

1 egg

Bunch of kale

Bunch of spinach

1 tablespoon parmesan



1 egg

1 mushroom chopped

1 tablespoon feta



Add flour to a mixing bowl.  Add milk and egg.  Whisk to make a batter.  Add kale and spinach to a blender or food processor.  Blend until chopped finely.  Add greens to batter along with parmesan.  Season with salt.  Mix together.

Cook pancakes on frypan until golden.  Cook egg and mushrooms.  Add egg on top of pancake along with mushrooms and feta.
