Banana & walnut bread



1 1/2 cups self raising flour

1/2 cup LSA mix

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup light milk

2 eggs

1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup

2 very ripe bananas

1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Add flour, LSA mix, brown sugar and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Mix together with a spoon. Add milk, eggs and maple syrup to a jug. Mix with a fork. Add crushed bananas to the jug and pour into the dry mix. Mix until combined. Add the walnuts and stir though.  Bake in a 180 degree oven for around 40-45 minutes, until bread is brown and cooked.
